2010 in Review

You know those year-in-reveiw montages sprouting on TV as the new year approaches?

I've always liked them, and thought why not pick a favorite blog image from each of the past twelve months to bring in 2011.

For the first eight months of this year, publishing fab posts was my favorite occupation.

Bees were always welcome.

Rose adventures were too. Here rose seekers are finding treasures in the garden of Miriam Wilkins.

The weather was celebrated.

Fresh new growth offered gorgeous moments.

Simple themes became happy surprises.

Lots of roses were introduced– this one is Glory of Edzell.

Photo texture work offered lovely new possibilities.

Fruits simply offered themselves.

And one picture seemed especially right for sending you best wishes for the very best

New Year !

Raindrops wash rose leaves.

Crystals fall from cedar.

Teardrops sprout pointsettias

and chandeleirs light snow flakes,

 
as favorite cards and gift tags from years past dance on our tree!
