Some look like they're either praying, or they have their hands lightly folded on their chests.

Others have wings.

Many come in a group with an obvious leader.

Others resemble domes in Russia.

Many arrive solo.

Older varieties often have frills.

On a dark overcast morning, a few weeks ago, rose buds had their turn. Surely they too deserve to be center stage. Bundled in beauty–– they hold great gifts.
